Though a slow read, this book is filled with love and laughter, tears and sadness. Keep tissue and a warm cup of tea close as Kaya McLaren takes you on the jouney from hot to cold and tears to smiles. I felt the book was a bit predictable but I read all anyways. I cried and laughted and a few time had to explain the noises coming from my mouth to my husband but in the end it was a good read and I am glad that I chose to finish it.
